Cooking Instructions:

Charlie Bigham's Salmon En Croute 440g - Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 7 (+5 mins), 22 minutes.  Please don't grill! Pre-heat oven. Remove the film, then lift the salmon en croutes out of their wooden tray with the greaseproof paper and place them directly on a baking tray. For best results, brush the pastry with milk or whisked egg. Place the baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 22 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Make sure it's piping hot. This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Booths Tenderstem Broccoli & Asapragus with Minted Butter 250g - All appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave - remove sleeve and pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions 700W 4½ minutes, 800W 3½ minutes, 900W 3 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
