Booths Rolled Lamb Leg with Garlic & Rosemary 1.5 - 1.8kg - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place joint in a roasting tray. Rub with oil and season with salt. Place on the middle shelf and roast for (90-110 minutes or until 72°C is achieved). Remove from oven and cover in tin foil for 20 minutes until well rested. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

TRUEfoods Lamb Gravy 250g x 4 - Hob - From Chilled: (4-5 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Microwave - From Chilled (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
