Cooking Instructions: Booths Gruyere Dauphinoise Potatoes - OVEN Preheat oven, 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 40-45 minutes. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven, 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 50-55 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Booths Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta with Sage Butter - Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Preheat oven, 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 20-25 minutes. Peel back film and stir. From frozen preheat oven, 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 35-40 minutes. Peel back film and stir. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Booths Red Cabbage with Port - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. From Chilled - Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes. From Frozen preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 35-40 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Booths Honey Roast Parsnips - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. From Chilled - Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes. From Frozen preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 35-40 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Booths Farm Assured White Turkey Crown - Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. To thaw, remove from freezer and place in refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Cooking Instruction. All appliances vary these are guidelines only. A pop up timer is also provided as an indicator of correct cooking temperature. Once the timer pops up, check that the juices run clear. OVEN Remove from packaging and allow the bird to reach room temperature before cooking, this should take approximately 2 hours. Pre-heat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Place the bird in a roasting tray. Melt approximately 100g butter and rub over the outside of the bird, then season with salt and pepper. For best results pour 200ml cold water in the roasting tin around the bird. Loosely cover the bird with foil and place in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes per kg plus an extra 70 minutes. Periodically spoon the juices from the bottom of the tin to baste and return to the oven. For the last 45 minutes of cooking remove the foil to allow the bird to brown. Pierce the thickest part with a skewer to check the juices run clear. If further cooking is required return to the oven and check after 15 minutes. Once cooked remove from the oven and leave to stand for 20 - 30 minutes before carving. Booths Pork Sage & Onion Stuffing Loaf - Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Booths Lakeland Pigs in Blankets - Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths Thin Pork Sausage - OVEN Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. GRILL Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging. Place sausages under the grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Booths Brandy, Port & Walnut Christmas Pudding - Remove label & bow. To Microwave: Remove muslin. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (time is based on a 800 watt output. If different refer to manufacturers handbook). To Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or in a saucepan filled to half depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Do not boil dry. Truefoods Turkey Gravy - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave. Truefoods Cranberry Sauce - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Booths Christmas Coffee - Use a round dessertspoon of coffee per cup, pour fresh, just off the boil water over and break the surface of the water by giving it a stir. Brew for 3 to 4 minutes Booths Breakfast Tea Bags - Place one tea bag in a cup or mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Brewing time is a matter of taste but we recommend leaving the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk or sugar to taste.
