Cooking Instructions:

Capestone White Turkey Crown 3.5 - 4kg - Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Leave crown out of the fridge to temper for 1 hour prior to cooking. Remove outer packaging and leave in foil tray, do not remove ovenable pad before cooking. Preheat oven. Place turkey crown on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, season with salt and pepper if desired and cover with foil. Cook for the time shown on the price weight label, remove the foil 20 minutes before the end of cooking time. Baste occasionally during cooking. Rest under foil for a minimum of 30 minutes. Always check that the product is cooked throughout and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat.

Booths Gruyère Dauphinoise Potatoes 800g - Oven:  All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 30 to 35 minutes.  Frozen Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 40 to 45 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. 

Booths Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta with Sage Butter 350g - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Carrot, Parsnip and Swede Crush 500g - Oven:  All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 15 to 20 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.  Microwave:  All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions in the table. For best results microwave cook. 700W: 3 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes.  800W: 2½ minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes.  900W: 2 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths British Pork Stuffing Balls with Sage & Onion 288g - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. 

Booths Lakeland Pigs in Blankets 250g - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Truefoods Turkey Gravy 500g - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Booths Brandy, Port & Walnut Christmas Pudding 908g - Cooking on the hob: To Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or in a saucepan filled to half depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Do not boil dry.  Cooking in the microwave: To Microwave: Remove muslin. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (time is based on a 800 watt output. (If different refer to manufacturers handbook).
