Booths Gruyere Dauphinoise Potatoes 800g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 30 to 35 minutes.  Frozen Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 40 to 45 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Brussel Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta with Sage Butter 500g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Remove all outer packaging.  Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Frozen Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 35 to 40 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Farm Assured White Turkey Crown 3.00kg-3.49kg - Oven Remove from packaging and allow the bird to reach room temperature before cooking, this should take approximately 2 hours. Preheat oven to 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4. Place the bird in a roasting tray, melt approximately 100g of butter and rub over the outside of the bird, the season with salt and pepper. For best results pour 200ml of cold water in the roasting tin around the bird. Loosely cover the bird in foil and place in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes per Kg plus an extra 70 minutes. Periodically spoon the juices from the bottom of the tin to baste and return to the oven.  For the last 45 minutes of cooking remove the foil to allow the bird to brown. Pierce the thickest part with a skewer to check the juices run clear . If further cooking is required return to the oven and check after 15 minutes. Once cooked remove from the oven and leave to stand for 20-30 minutes before carving.

Booths Pork Sage and Onion Sausage Loaf 350g - Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes.

Booths Lakeland Pigs in Blankets 250g - Oven Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

Booths Thin Pork Christmas Sausage 375g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.  Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 16-18 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. To grill, all appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turn regularly.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Booths Brandy, Port and Walnut Christmas Pudding 908g - To Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or in a saucepan filled to half depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Do not boil dry. To Microwave: Remove muslin. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (time is based on a 800 watt output. If different refer to manufacturers handbook).

To microwave, transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary.
