Cooking Instructions:

Adlington Free Range Oat-Fed Bronze Turkey Crown 3.0kg-3.49kg - Remove all packaging, place in a large roasting tin and season with salt & pepper.  Leave to settle for at least an hour at room temperature.  Calculate cooking time allowing 50 minutes per kg (e.g. a 1.5kg joint would take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes).  Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 (180°C for fan assisted ovens).  Loosely cover with aluminium foil.  Roast the crown for the calculated time basting occasionally with the pan juices. 20 minutes before the end, remove the aluminium foil and continue to cook until the skin becomes crispy.  Ensure that the centre of the joint is piping hot and that the juices run clear.  A minimum core temperature of 75°C is recommended. Allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.  Please note that these are guidelines only and you should refer to your own oven manual and make sure that the turkey reaches 75°C before eating.

Mash Direct Roast Potatoes 400g x 2 - Oven Cook 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6.  Chilled: Spread potatoes evenly on a baking tray in a pre heated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking times. Frozen: Spread potatoes evenly on a baking tray in a pre heated oven and cook for 30-35 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking times.  Airfryer 200°C Chilled: Deposit potatoes straight into the airfryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through. Frozen: Deposit potatoes straight into the airfryer and cook for 23-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Booths Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta 350g x 2 - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Red Cabbage with Port 500g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving.  Oven Cook 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.  Spread parsnips evenly on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Carrot, Swede & Parsnip Crush 400g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.  Oven Cook:  Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Microwave: Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power 700W: 6 minutes 800W: 5 minutes 900W: 4½ minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths British Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls 12 Pack x 2 - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.  Oven Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking time.   Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Booths British Lakeland Pigs in Blankets 12 Pack x 2 - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

TRUEfoods Turkey Gravy 500g x 2 - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

TRUEfoods Cranberry Sauce 250g - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Booths Brandy, Port & Walnut Christmas Pudding 908g - Cooking on the hob: To Steam or Boil: Place in a steamer or in a saucepan filled to half depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Do not boil dry.  Cooking in the microwave: To Microwave: Remove muslin. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (time is based on a 800 watt output. (If different refer to manufacturers handbook).
