Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:

Oven:  220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 40-45 minutes. Preheat oven. Remove film. Place the roast in foil tray on a baking tray in centre of oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Remove the bands carefully using scissors. Slice using a sharp serrated knife. Pour any melted cream cheese back over the portioned roast. Do not reheat once cooled.

Ensure thoroughly cooked. Cooking appliances may vary.
