Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Remove the turkey from the fridge an hour before cooking. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC (170ºC for fan assisted ovens) / 375F / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging, weigh turkey and place in a roasting tray, season and cover loosely with foil. Roast for 50 minutes per kilo, basting occasionally. 20 minutes before the end, remove the foil and return to the oven until the juices at the thickest part run clear or the centre reaches 75ºC. Allow to rest at room temperature, loosely covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Relax, carve and enjoy!! Please note these are guidelines only and you should refer to your oven manual. Please remove string before serving.
