Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Booths Turkey Breast with Gluten Free Sage & Onion Pork Stuffing - Remove all packaging, place in a large roasting tin and season with salt & pepper, Leave to settle at room temperature for two hours. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F or gas mark 5 (180°C for fan assisted ovens), calculate cooking time allowing 50 minutes per kg (e.g. a 1.5kg joint would take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes). Loosely cover with silver foil, Roast the turkey for the calculated time, basting occasionally with the pan juices. 20 minutes before the end, remove the silver foil and continue to cook until the skin becomes crispy. Ensure that the centre of the joint is piping hot and that the juices run clear. A minimum core temperature of 72°C is recommended, Allow the joint to rest for 15 minutes before carving. Please note that these are guidelines only and you should refer to your oven manual for clarification. You must always ensure that the centre of the joint is piping hot before serving. If using a pop up timer, insert in to the thickest part of the joint and cook until the red timer stem pops up. Booths Carrot, Parsnip & Swede Crush - Remove all outer packaging and film lid OVEN Preheat oven, 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 20-25 minutes. Peel back film and stir. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven, 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 35-40 minutes. Peel back film and stir. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Booths Honey Roast Parsnips - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. From Chilled - Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes. From Frozen preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 35-40 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Truefoods Turkey Gravy - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave. Booths Lakeland Sausages - Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths Brussels Sprouts & Pancetta - Remove all outer packaging and film lid OVEN Preheat oven, 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 20-25 minutes. Peel back film and stir. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven, 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 35-40 minutes. Peel back film and stir. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Booths Melting Middle Sticky Toffee Pudding - Remove all outer packaging, leave for 20 seconds then using a spatula place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 700W /40 sec | 900W / 30 Sec
