Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Booths Beef Topside Roasting Joint - OVEN All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place into a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. If you prefer medium or rare reduce cooking time. Baste occasionally. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. Booths Carrot, Parsnip & Swede Crush - Cooking from chilled. Preheat Oven To 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging. Place on the middle shelf of the oven on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 mins. Cooking from chilled (microwave). Remove all outer packaging. Cook 750W 2½ minutes, 850W 2 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes. Cooking from frozen. Preheat Oven To 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging. Place on the middle shelf of the oven on a baking tray and cook for 35-40 minutes. Booths Honey Roast Parsnip - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. From Chilled - Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes. From Frozen – Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging including film and place on a baking tray and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 35-40 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Truefoods Beef Gravy - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes stirring halfway through. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave. Booths Lakeland Sausages - Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta - Remove all outer packaging and film lid OVEN Preheat oven, 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 20-25 minutes. Peel back film and stir. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven, 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 35-40 minutes. Peel back film and stir. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Booths Melting Middle Sticky Toffee Pudding - Remove all outer packaging, leave for 20 seconds then using a spatula place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 700W /40 seconds | 900W / 30 seconds
