Cooking Instructions:

Booths Beef Topside Roasting Joint 1.8kg-2.4kg - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging.Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked.  Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5.  Place into a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. If you prefer medium or rare, reduce cooking time. Baste occasionally. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Booths Carrot, Parsnip and Swede Crush 500g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 15 to 20 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. To microwave, all appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions in the table. For best results microwave cook. 700W: 3 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes, 800W: 2½ minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes, 900W: 2 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Roast Potatoes with Goose Fat 400g - All Appliances may vary: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6. Remove the label and film from the foil tray: Place the foil tray on the top shelf of the oven. Cook for 60-70 minutes, turning the vegetables after 30-35 minutes. Ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.  Do not re-heat. Not suitable for freezing.

Booths Honey Roast Parsnips 500g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Truefoods Beef Gravy 250g - Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot, serve immediately. To microwave, transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot, serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Booths Lakeland Sausages 250g - Oven Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

Booths Brussel Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta 500g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Melting Middle Sticky Toffee Pudding 740g - Remove all packaging. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions in the table.700W Heat for 90 seconds, 800W Heat for 85 seconds, 900W Heat for 80 seconds, leave 20 seconds and then heat on full power for a further 700W Heat for 40 seconds, 800W Heat for 35 seconds, 900W Heat for 30 seconds.
