Booths British Free Range Bronze Turkey Breast Joint 1kg - All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Do not wash raw poultry. Oven Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 1 hour. Check after 1 hour to see if pop up timer has activated. If not, return to oven and check every 10 minutes until pop up timer has activated. Ensure that the food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear.

Booths Carrot, Parsnip & Swede Crush 500g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 15 to 20 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Microwave: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions. For best results microwave cook. 700W: 3 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes, 800W: 2½ minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes, 900W: 2 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Beef Dripping Roast Potatoes 400g - Oven cook 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6. Chilled: Spread potatoes evenly on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven and cook for 25 - 30 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking times. Cooking instructions are only a guideline and cooking times may vary. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving.

Booths Honey Roast Parsnips 400g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven and heat as per instructions. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Brussels Sprouts & Pancetta with Sage Butter 350g - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions. Chilled Instruction: 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Lakeland Pigs in Blankets 250g - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Truefoods Turkey Gravy 500g - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Booths Sticky Toffee Cascade Pudding 700g - Microwave: Remove film from sponge before heating. Place pudding on a microwaveable plate and heat sponge for time specified below:

700W - 4 minutes 30 seconds

800W - 4 minutes 10 seconds

900W - 3 minutes 20 seconds

Tip sponge onto serving plate.

To heat the sauce: Pierce film and heat sauce for time specified. Halfway through time, remove film, stir, re-cover with film and finish heating:

700W - 40 seconds, stir and 40 seconds

800W - 40 seconds, stir and 40 seconds

900W - 40 seconds stir and 40 seconds

Deposit all of the sauce into the well of the sponge. Deposit fudge pieces over the surface of the pudding. Shake glitter over the top of the pudding and over the serving plate. Ready to serve.
