Steak Burger 6 x 170g:  To Grill from Chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before Cooking:- Preheat grill, remove all packaging and place burgers on the rack of grill pan During Cooking:- Grill under a moderate heat for 10-12 minutes, turn occasionally. After Cooking. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. Wild Garlic Chicken Escalopes 4 x 80-120g: Oven to cook from chilled, If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking: Before cooking preheat Oven to 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5, Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.  Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.  To pan fry from chilled: If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.  Fry in a little oil over a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.  Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 25 - 30 mins, turning half way through.
