Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 190⁰C / Fan 170⁰C / Gas Mark 5. Do not remove packaging or pierce the bag. Place in a roasting tray in the middle of the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. For crispy skin, remove from the oven 15 minutes before the end of cooking and cut the bag open around the top of the turkey. Take care of escaping steam and cooking juices. Return to the oven. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
