Cooking Instructions: Booths Gratin Dauphinoise - OVEN Preheat oven, 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 40-45 minutes. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven, 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 50-55 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Booths Cauliflower Cheese - Remove all outer packaging and film lid. OVEN Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180/Gas Mark 6. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 30-35 minutes. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven to 200/Fan 180/Gas Mark 6. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 40-45 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Booths Sprouts & Pancetta - Remove all outer packaging and film lid OVEN Preheat oven, 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 20-25 minutes. Peel back film and stir. OVEN FROZEN Preheat oven, 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf cooking for 35-40 minutes. Peel back film and stir. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Booths Carrot, Parsnip & Swede Crush - Cooking from chilled. Preheat Oven To 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging. Place on the middle shelf of the oven on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 mins. Cooking from chilled (microwave). Remove all outer packaging. Cook 750W 2½ minutes, 850W 2 minutes. Peel back film, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes. Cooking from frozen. Preheat Oven To 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging. Place on the middle shelf of the oven on a baking tray and cook for 35-40 minutes. Booths Red Cabbage & Port - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
