Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Pigs in Blankets: Pre-heat oven to 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Pork Cocktail Sausages: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 16 to18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Pork, Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Loaf: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. Chestnut Bacon: Grill: Place under a pre-heated medium/high heat. Place rashers on a grill pan and grill for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally. Fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan to a medium heat and fry rashers for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
