1 x Pod Red Wine Vinegar (Red Wine Vinegar, Preservatives, SULPHITES)

1 x Pack Rigatoni (Durum WHEAT Semolina)

1 x Pod Mixed Herbs (Oregano, Parsley, Sage, Basil, Thyme, Black Pepper, Rapeseed Oil)

2 x Packs Pamesan (MILK)

Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:

1.  Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes or until soft.

2.  While the pasta is cooking, thinly slice the courgette lengthways.

3.  Heat 2 tsp of oil in a large frying pan.  Add the pork mince the fry over a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until brown.

4.  Add the courgette to the pork mince, stir gently for another 1-2 minutes.

5.  Reduce the heat to medium and add the mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and chopped tomatoes.

6.  Crumble in the stock cube, add a pinch of sugar and stir.  Simmer for 6-8 minutes.  Add a splash more water if the sauce is too thick, season to taste.

7.  Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.  Stir to combine so all the pasta is coated.

8.  Serve in pasta bowls and spinkle the Parmesan on top to your taste.
