Preparation & Use
Cooking from chilled. Preheat Oven To 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and cook for 25-30 mins.
Cooking from chilled (microwave). Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and cook for 750W 6 minutes, 850W 5 minutes.
Cooking from frozen. Preheat Oven To 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and cook for 35-40 mins. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Remove film. Carefully place tray upside down in a suitable bowl, leave it for 30 seconds and remove tray.
Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
