Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:

Katsu Chicken Bites with Katsu Dip:  Preheat oven to 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging and set dip aside. Place the chicken on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn once halfway through heating. When the chicken is almost cooked break seal and loosen lid of the dip. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 60 seconds (700W), 40 seconds (800W), 30 seconds (900W). Stir dip before serving. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once cooked.

Indian Selection: Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 10-12 minutes. Allow to stand 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once cooked.

Oriental Party Selection:  Remove all packaging and set dip aside. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in the middle shelf of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions, turning once halfway through cooking. Chilled Instruction: Temp. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6, Time: 10 to 12 minutes. Frozen Instruction: Temp. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6, Time: 12 to 14 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once cooked.

Lemongrass Spring Rolls:  Preheat Oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 10-12 minutes. Turning once halfway through cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once cooked.

Sticky Yakitori Chicken Kebabs:Remove sleeve, film and glaze container. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat as per instructions in the table. Turn once halfway through cooking. Oven Temp: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6Time: Chilled: 8 Minutes, Frozen: 12 minutes.  Pour glaze over the skewers, heat for a further 2 to 4 minutes.  Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once cooked.

Duck Selection: Preheat oven to 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging and set dip aside. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
