Cooking Instructions:

Lakeland Pigs in Blanket - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.  Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.  Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Loaf- All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place in an ovenproof dish in the middle shelf of the oven for 30 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Sage and onion stuffing- All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Pork Chipolatas- All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 16-18 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
