Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Unwrap the Camembert and place in the wooden dish. Make a 5cm cross in the top of the Camembert. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from oven, peel back the corners of the Camembert rind and stir. Open the sachet and spread the chorizo evenly onto the Camembert. Place back into the oven for a further 10 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Care should be taken when eating as filling will be hot.
