Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove sleeve and film lid.Place pancetta to one side. Place tray on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and heat at 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 25 to 30 minutes. Place pancetta on top of the meal for the last 2 minutes of heating. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
