Cooking Instructions:

Adlington Turkey Breast Joint Without Stuffing Min 2.5kg - Remove all packaging, place in a large roasting tin and season with salt & pepper. Leave to settle at room temperature for two hours. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / 375ºF / Gas Mark 5 (180ºC for fan assisted ovens).  Calculate cooking time allowing 50 minutes per kg (e.g. a 1.5kg joint would take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes).  Loosely cover with silver foil.  Roast the turkey for the calculated time, basting occasionally with the pan juices.  20 minutes before the end, remove the silver foil and continue to cook until the skin becomes crispy. Ensure that the centre of the joint is piping hot and that the juices run clear. A minimum core temperature of 75ºC is recommended. Allow the joint to rest for 15 minutes before carving.  Please note that these are guidelines only and you should refer to your own oven manual and make sure that the turkey reaches 75°c before eating.

Booths Pigs in Blankets & Rosemary Sage & Onion Pork Stuffing 730g - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre Heat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging and place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths British Lakeland Pigs in Blankets 12 Pack x 2 - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Mash Direct Prepared Vegetable Box 3.88kg - Mashed Potato 1kg - Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 700W - 13 minutes, 800W - 11 minutes, 900W - 10 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. From frozen: Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines.  Red Cabbage & Beetroot - From Chilled:  Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 18-20 minutes. Stir and Serve. From Frozen: Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines. Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  To Microwave:  Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 700W - 3 minutes, 800W - 3 minutes, 900W - 2½ minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. From frozen: Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines.  Honey Glazed Parsnips - From Chilled: Oven - 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place foil tray onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through. From Frozen: Oven - 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place foil tray onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30-35 minutes. Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  From Chilled Airfryer: 200°C. Remove all packaging, place vegetables straight into Airfryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through. From frozen Airfryer: 200°C. Remove all packaging, place vegetables straight into Airfryer and cook for 20-22 minutes, shaking halfway through. Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  Brussels Sprouts with a Butter Glaze - Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 700W - 4½ minutes, 800W - 4 minutes, 900W - 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.  Carrot & Parsnip: 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 6. Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Stir and serve.  To Microwave:  Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 25-30 minutes. Stir and serve.  To Microwave:  Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 700W - 5 minutes, 800W - 4 minutes, 900W - 4 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.

Serve immediately.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Cartmel Sticky Chocolate Pudding 730g - Take off the sleeve and lid, and pop in a preheated oven (170°C / Gas Mark 3) for 15 to 20 minutes.  Or place a good old chunk (about a sixth of the pudding) on a microwavable dish and heat on high for 40 seconds (Cat D / 750W).

Booths Madagascan Vanilla Custard 500g - Hob:  Empty contents into saucepan. Heat gently from chilled until piping hot, stirring continuously. Do not boil. Stir well before serving.  Microwave:  Break seal, loosen lid and stir. Heat on full power as follows. 700W - 1 minute 40 seconds, 800W - 1 minute 30 seconds, 900W - 1 minute 20 seconds, Stir well and heat for a further: 700W - 1 minute 40 seconds, 800W - 1 minute 30 seconds, 900W - 1 minute 20 seconds.  Stir well before serving.

Booths Extra Fruity Christmas Pudding 454g - Cooking on the hob: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Steam: Leave in plastic pot with film lid intact. Place in a saucepan and add water, ensure level reaches half way up the product. Steam for 1 hour, topping up with boiling water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.  Cooking in the microwave: Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power as per instructions: 700W - 3 minutes, 800W - 2½ minutes, 900W - 2 minutes, Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
