Cooking Instructions:

Adlington Turkey Breast Joint Without Stuffing 2.5kg - Remove all packaging, place in a large roasting tin and season with salt & pepper. Leave to settle at room temperature for two hours. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / 375ºF or Gas Mark 5 (180ºC for fan assisted ovens).  Calculate cooking time allowing 50 minutes per kg (e.g. a 1.5kg joint would take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes). Loosely cover with silver foil. Roast the turkey for the calculated time, basting occasionally with the pan juices. 20 minutes before the end, remove the silver foil and continue to cook until the skin becomes crispy. Ensure that the centre of the joint is piping hot and that the juices run clear. A minimum core temperature of 75ºC is recommended. Allow the joint to rest for 15 minutes before carving. Please note that these are guidelines only and you should refer to your own oven manual and make sure that the turkey reaches 75°c before eating. If using a pop up timer, insert in to the thickest part of the joint and cook until the red timer stem pops up. Please take care to remove any string before serving.

Booths Garnish Selection Pack - Pigs in Blankets: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.  Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking time.  Pork, Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Loaf: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.  Chestnut Bacon: Grill: Place under a pre-heated medium/high heat. Place rashers on a grill pan and grill for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally. Fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan to a medium heat and fry rashers for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.  Pork Cocktail Sausages: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 16 to18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

Mash Direct Prepared Vegetable Box - Mashed Potato - To Microwave 750W or Category D: Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 12 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. To oven cook. Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 30–35 minutes. Stir and serve.Freezing: Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines. Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  Red Cabbage & Beetroot - Microwave (750W or Category D): Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. Oven Heat: Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 18-20 minutes. Stir and serve. From Frozen: Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines. Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  Roast Potatoes - Oven Cook Only: Remove all packaging. Spread out potatoes evenly on a baking tray in the centre if a pre-heated oven 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Turn potatoes halfway through cooking time. Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  Brussels Sprouts - Microwave (750W or Category D): Remove outer sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 4 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. Oven Heat (190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5): Remove outer sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes. Stir and serve.  From Frozen: Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines.  Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  Carrot & Parnsip - Microwave (750W or Category D): Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. To Oven Heat: Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film lid several times. Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Stir and serve. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.  Honey Roast Parsnips - Not suitable microwave heating - oven heat only.  To oven cook: (190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5): Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place Parsnips directly onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively, place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes.  Check food is piping hot before serving. Truefoods Turkey Gravy 500g - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Truefoods Sourdough Bread Sauce 250g - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Booths Extra Fruity Christmas Pudding 454g - Cooking on the hob: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Steam: Leave in plastic pot with film lid intact. Place in a saucepan and add water, ensure level reaches half way up the product. Steam for 1 hour, topping up with boiling water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.  Cooking in the microwave: Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power as per instructions: 700W - 3 minutes, 800W - 2½ minutes, 900W - 2 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Booths Belgian Chocolate Sponge Pudding 300g - Cooking on the hob: Remove outer packaging, leave in basin with the film lid on. place pudding in a saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the pudding basin. Bring to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not let the pan boil dry.  Cooking in the microwave: Remove from outer packaging, leave in basin. Pierce film lid several times. Place upright in microwave and heat on full power for: 700W 1 minute 30 seconds, 800W 1 minute 20 seconds, 900W 1 minute 10 seconds.  Remove the film lid and turn upside down onto a plate. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
