Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Lakeland Pigs in Blankets: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Thin Pork Sausage: Oven Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Grill Pre-heat grill to a moderate heat. Place sausages under the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. Chestnut Bacon: Grill: Place under a pre-heated medium/high heat. Place rashers on a grill pan and grill for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally. Fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan to a medium heat and fry rashers for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
