All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging.Oven Preheat oven to 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6. Place the glaze sachet to one side. There is no need to soak the gammon. Decorations can be left on for cooking. Cover joint with foil leaving a gap between the foil and the top of the gammon. Cook for 1 hour 35 minutess. Remove from the oven. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Whilst the joint is resting, heat sauce sachet in a cup of boiling water. Leave to stand for 5 minutes then drizzle over gammon. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
