Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. Baste occasionally. Allow meat to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
