Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place in a roasting tin, season to taste. Cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 55 minutes per kg plus 30 minutes. If you prefer a medium or rare joint reduce the cooking time. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
