Ready to Cook: YesAll appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Preheat oven to 220ºC / Fan 200ºC / Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and cover with foil. Cook in the middle of the oven for 17-19 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 5-7 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before carving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
