Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pre heat oven to 180ºC / 160ºC Fan / Gas Mark 4. Remove the breast from the bag, taking care not to spill the juices. Place the Breast along with the juices into a pre-heated deep roasting tray. Cook for 30 minutes in the middle of the oven, then baste with the juices and return to the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes. Ensure the breast is piping hot throughout. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
