Cooking Instructions:

Booths Thick Cut Sirloin Steak 680g - Due to steaks natural variance in thickness, the cooking instructions provided are a guideline. All appliances vary. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked. Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a moderate heat for 2 minutes each side, transfer to oven and cook as per instructions below. Rare 7½ minutes, Medium 10 minutes, Well done 17 minutes. Shallow Fry: Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a medium - high and cook as per instructions below. Rare 7 minutes each side, Medium 8½ minutes each side, Well done 9½ minutes each side.

Booths Tenderstem Broccoli & Asparagus with Minted Butter 250g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave:  Remove sleeve and pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power 700W 4½ minutes, 800W 3½ minutes, 900W 3 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Cheshire Farm Chips 400g - Oven: Remove chips from packaging and place on a baking try. Put in a preheated oven at 200⁰C or gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  From Frozen: Cook as above, but for 30-35 minutes.  Deep Fry: Deep fry at 180⁰C for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.  Cooking appliances may vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Booths Leek & Wensleydale Stuffed Mushrooms with a Cheddar & Parsley Crumb 205g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.  Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.  Cook until golden.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
