Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Preheat oven to 190⁰C / Fan 170⁰C / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and season with salt and pepper. Cover loosely with foil and place in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes per kg. Remove foil 20 minutes before the end of cooking time. Allow to rest for 30 minutes before carving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced with a skewer. Booths recommend all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
