Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging. Oven Preheat oven to 180⁰C / Fan 160⁰C / Gas Mark 4. There is no need to pre-soak the gammon joint. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 2½ hours. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Remove strings. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
