Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place into a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. If you prefer medium or rare, reduce cooking time. Baste occasionally. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked.

Storage Conditions: Keep Refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours, consume within the use by date. To thaw remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month.
