Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Allow to rest. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. Take care not to remove the drip pad from the foil tray when serving.

Booths Honey Roast Parsnips 400g - Cooking instructions are only a guideline and cooking times may vary. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Oven Cook 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Spread parsnips evenly on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Carrot, Swede & Parsnip Crush 400g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven Cook: Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Microwave: Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power 700W: 6 minutes 800W: 5 minutes 900W: 4½ minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Airfryer 200°C Chilled: Deposit potatoes straight into the airfryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
