Cooking Instructions: Booths Beef Rump Roasting Joint - Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place into a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. If you prefer medium or rare reduce cooking time. Baste occasionally. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. Booths Premium Garnish Selection: Pigs in Blankets: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Pork, Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Loaf: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place into an ovenproof dish. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. Chestnut Bacon: Grill: Place under a pre-heated medium/high heat. Place rashers on a grill pan and grill for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally. Fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan to a medium heat and fry rashers for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving. Pork Cocktail Sausages: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 16 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Mash Direct Prepared Vegetable Box: Honey Glazed Parsnips: Oven cook only. Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place parsnips directly onto a baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively, place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking turn parsnips halfway through. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Pour Glaze over carrots and replace film lid, place on baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / 375°F/ Gas Mark 5 for 20 minutes. Stir and Serve. Microwave 750w or Category D: Partially remove film lid and remove glaze pots. Pour Glaze over carrots and replace film lid. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Roast Potatoes: Oven Heat: Pre heat oven 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place potatoes directly onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cook for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway. Alternatively, place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30-35 minutes. Turn potatoes halfway through. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes. Stir thoroughly leave to stand 1 minute and serve. Oven: Pierce film lid several times.
