Preparation & Use
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Do not wash raw poultry. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Oven Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place in a deep roasting tray, season to taste and cover with foil. Cook in the oven for 1 hour 40 minutes. Remove foil 30 minutes before the end of cooking. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced with a skewer.
