The following cooking times are a guide only as variations in cooking appliances may occur.
Cook in pre-heated oven at 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. (Fan 180°C/ 360°F). Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray. Cover with foil. Place tray in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Test by piercing the joint at its thickest point to ensure the juices run clear. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.
Hob: Remove all packaging. Immerse in boiling water for 110 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Top-up water occasionally with boiling water to keep joint immeresed. Test by piercing the joint at its thickest point to ensure the juices run clear. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.
