Cooking Instructions:
Oven: These instructions are provided as a guideline only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked prior to serving. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place the turkey in a roasting tray and cover with foil. Place in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 25-30 minutes. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes then carve and serve.
