Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions:

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Remove from packaging and place on a suitable roasting tray. Place on the middle shelf and bake for:

Rare - 60-65 minutes (52°C - 54°C)

Medium - 75-85minutes (58°C- 60°C)

Well Done - 100-110 minutes (68°C - 70°C+)

Rest for 30 minutes in foil before carving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
