Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Remove from packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Rub with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and roast for:
