Cooking Instructions:
Oven: These instructions are provided as a guideline only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked prior to serving. Please pre heat the oven to 220⁰C / Fan 200⁰C / Gas Mark 7. Place the lamb sirloin in a roasting tray. Place in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10-13 minutes for pink or 17-20 for medium to well. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes then carve and serve.
