All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre heat a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Remove all packaging. Add one tbsp of oil. Season the lamb loin and pan fry for:
Pink - 3-4 minutes turning every 30 seconds. Remove and place in tin foil to rest for 3-4 minutes.
Well Done - 7-10 minutes turning every 30 seconds. Remove and place in tin foil for 3-4 minutes.
Whilst the meat is resting warm up the sachet of sauce in a seperate sauce pan until piping hot. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
