Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions:

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place into a roasting tray in the middle of the oven for the following times:

Rare 15 minutes per 500g plus 15 minutes

Medium 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes

Well done 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes

Baste occasionally. Allow meat to stand for 10 minutes before carving.Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
