Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: Remove the cushion from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC (180ºC for fan assisted ovens) / 375F / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging, place in a roasting tin, season and cover loosely with foil. Roast for approximately 80 minutes, basting occasionally. 10 minutes before the end, remove the foil and return to the oven until the juices at the thickest part run clear or the center reaches 75ºC. Allow to rest at room temperature, loosely covered with foil, for 10 minutes. Relax, carve and enjoy!!
