Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas Mark 5. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Place in a deep roasting tray, season to taste and cover loosely with foil. Cook in the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced with a skewer. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
