Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions:

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Do not wash raw poultry.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 1 hour. Check after 1 hour to see if pop up timer has activated. If not, return to oven and check every 10 minutes until pop up timer has activated. Ensure that the food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
