Cooking Instructions: Oven: These instructions are provided as a guideline only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked prior to serving. Please pre heat the oven to 220⁰C / Fan 200⁰C / Gas Mark 7. Open the pouch and place the whole contents into a roasting tray and cover with foil. Place in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 55 - 60 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 10-15 minutes. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes then carve and serve.
