Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Allow to rest. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. Take care not to remove the drip pad from the foil tray when serving.
