Cooking Instructions:
Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes or until juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced with a skewer. Do not reheat once cooked. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
