Due to steaks natural variance in thickness, the cooking instructions provided are a guideline. All appliances vary. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked.
Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a moderate heat for 2 minutes each side, transfer to oven and cook as per instructions below. Rare 7½ minutes, Medium 10 minutes, Well done 20 minutes. Shallow Fry: Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a medium - high and cook as per instructions below. Rare 6 minutes each side, Medium 7½ minutes each side, Well done 9 minutes each side.
