Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions:

Booths Thick Cumberland British Pork Sausages 375g - Oven: Pre-heat over to 200ºC / 180ºC Fan / Gas Mark 6. Place the sausages on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure product is piping hot and juices run clear. Grill: Pre-heat grill to a moderate heat and place the sausages under the grill for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is piping hot and juices run clear.

Booths British Unsmoked Back Bacon 450g - Grill: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Cook for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally. Hob: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a high heat for 3-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Bury Black Pudding Slices 230g - Hob: The product can be fried for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally. *Grill: The product can be grilled for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally.

Mash Direct Potato Rosti 2 Pack - Oven: Cooking instructions are only a guideline and cooking times may vary.Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Oven Cook 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Chilled: Spread product evenly on a baking tray in a preheated oven and cook for 18 – 20 minutes turning halfway through. Frozen: Spread product evenly on a baking tray in a preheated oven and cook for 20 – 25 minutes turning halfway through. Air Fryer 200°C. Chilled: Place product straight into air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Frozen: Place product straight into air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Grill: Remove all packaging. Place Rosti on a baking tray under a pre-heated medium to hot grill for 10-12 minutes. Turn the Rosti halfway through time.
