Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions:

Booths 6 Thick Cumberland Pork Sausage 375g - Pre-heat over to 200ºC /180ºC Fan / Gas Mark 6. Place the sausages on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure product is piping hot and juices run clear. Grill: Pre-heat grill to a moderate heat and place the sausages under the grill for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is piping hot and juices run clear.

Booths British Unsmoked Back Bacon 450g - Grill: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Cook for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally. Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a high heat for 3-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Real Lancashire Black Pudding 320g - Frying - Add a tablespoon of oil to frying pan and pre heat pan over a gentle heat. Add black pudding slices and fry gently over a medium heat, for 6 minutes turning once. Grilling: Brush lightly with oil and cook under a pre-heated medium to hot grill, cook for 8 minutes turning once.

Mash Direct Potato Rosti 2 Pack - Cooking instructions are only a guideline and cooking times may vary. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Oven Cook 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. From chilled: Spread product evenly on a baking tray in a preheated oven and cook for 18 – 20 mins turning halfway through. From frozen: Spread product evenly on a baking tray in a preheated oven and cook for 20 – 25 mins turning halfway through. Air Fryer 200°C from chilled: Place product straight into air fryer and cook for 12 mins, shaking halfway through. Air Fryer from frozen: Place product straight into air fryer and cook for 15 mins, shaking halfway through. Grill: Remove all packaging. Place Rosti on a baking tray under a pre-heated medium to hot grill for 10-12 minutes. Turn the Rosti halfway through cooking time.
