Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 220°C / 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging and sachet, place joint in a roasting tray. Place on the middle shelf and roast for 20 minutes. Drop the temperature to 200°C / 180°C / Gas Mark 6 and continue to cook for (60 - 70 minutes or until 72°C is achieved). Open sachet and cover completely, return to oven for 5-10 minutes until glazed and sticky. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
