Cooking Instructions:
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place joint in a roasting tray. Rub with oil and season with salt. Place on the middle shelf and roast for (90-110 minutes or until 72°C is achieved). Remove from oven and cover in tin foil for 20 minutes until well rested. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
