Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: Oven: From Chilled: 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 30-35 minutes. Pre-heat oven. Unwrap camembert, cut a 2" cross into the cheese and put into the wooden dish. Put sauce sachet to one side. Place wooden dish on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, peel back the rind and stir to ensure that cheese is smooth and lump free. If not, place it back in the oven for a further 5 minutes and stir again. When smooth, pour chutney onto cheese. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
